MEET KRISTY
Hi Everyone! I’m Kristy, the founder of K CARSON CO. I am a fitness instructor, personal trainer, pre/postnatal coaching specialist & first time mom. The energy behind this creation stemmed from my journey working out and teaching fitness while pregnant. Although I had been in the industry for a long time, I felt so lost when trying to figure out how to adjust to move my body, but still be safe and feel energized. Instead of simply modifying classes or workouts that were what I was used to, I would have loved to feel guided in a class where I knew the instructor understood what I was going through and how to coach me. It is my personal mission to help women feel strong and healthy by building a relationship with working out that focuses on feeling good, throughout any stage that they're currently in.
